13. Cancellation Policy (for enrolled members)

For patients enrolled as Tier1 Optimal members, we ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of clinical appointments. Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations are subject to a fee covering the reserved clinical time. The full Cancellation Policy is provided to patients at the time of enrollment and forms part of the Membership Services Agreement.
